A: Cruise Sale Finder is one of Australasia’s biggest cruise OTAs; sending over 300,000 cruise lovers on a well earned holiday. For us it’s about passion. We hire only experienced cruise specialists who love cruising at sea as much as our customers, and believe our success depends on people.
Q: Will I receive confirmation that you received my application?
A: Unfortunately, due to the number of applicants, we can not respond to each individual applicant. We will be in touch with those who made it to the next step of the application process.
Q: If I want to submit a video, how long does it need to be?
A: 60 seconds maximum.
Q: What style of imagery are you looking for in the application?
A: That is up to you! Impress us with your creativity.
Q. Can I bring a travel companion?
A: Yes, you can. However, they’ll need to pay for their own cruise and travel expenses.
Q: I have a video file I’d like to submit?
A: Please upload your video to a sharing service like YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, etc. Then, email the link to email@example.com
Q: What creative content do I need to provide you with post cruise?
A: We require 100 final images (50 interior / 50 exterior) and a 500 word blog, creatively sharing your cruise experience.
Q: Will I be credited for my work?
A: Cruise Sale Finder are happy to credit your content via your social media handle on Facebook and Instagram. However, we won't be required to ask for your permission when we decide to post your photos, videos or blogs.
Q: What cruise line will I be travelling with? Can I choose which cruise line I travel with?
A: This is subject to availability but if there is a specific cruise line you'd like to cruise with, you're welcome to make a request and we will see what we can do.
Q: What currency will I receive my $500 onboard credit in?
A: You will receive NZD$500 OBC (equivalent once converted onboard).
Q: Where can I spend my $500 onboard credit?
A: Your $500 onboard credit will cover your extra onboard expenses which could be your beverages, optional shore excusions, gratuities, personal services such as spa treatments and any purchases at the gift and duty free shops.
